  1. Step 1 · about two minutes per site

    Install the connector on each WordPress site.

    The connector is a small WordPress plugin — 40 KB, nothing enqueued on public pages. Install it from wp-admin like any plugin, paste the pair key from your workspace, and the site introduces itself: WP version, PHP version, plugins, themes, health.

    The key authenticates the site to your workspace and only your workspace. The connector self-updates from there.

    Every site reports to one console.

    Each connected site becomes a row: health verdict, versions, pending updates, uptime. Sites that need attention sort to the top — including the ones that are down, not just the ones that are behind.

    Select any set of rows and act on all of them: update plugins and themes, activate or deactivate a plugin, flush the cache, resync the inventory.

  3. Step 3 · the command layer

    Command the fleet in plain language.

    Type what you want done. The agent resolves which sites match your intent, shows you the exact list with what will change per site, and waits for an explicit confirmation before anything destructive runs.

    Results come back per site — successes and failures clearly separated, with the reason when one fails.

  • Applies the operations you confirmed: plugin and theme updates, activations, cache flushes and inventory syncs.
  • Proxies read-only WooCommerce figures — revenue, orders, products — for the stores you connect.
  • Self-updates, so the plugin itself is never the outdated one.

It never does

  • Enqueue anything on your public pages — zero front-end footprint, zero added page weight.
  • Read post content, customer records or order data for the command layer.
  • Run a destructive operation on the first message — confirmed scope only, every time.
  • Accept instructions from anywhere but your paired workspace.
  • Keep working after you unpair — removing the key severs the link immediately.
